The Omron Automation Discount Warranty and Return Policy

Our products are used refurbished products, which means they may show some minor visual imperfections, but they are tested and should work properly, and come with a one year free replacement warranty, or a refund in case we are unable to exchange it.

All products can also be returned within 30 days, if the customer is not satisfied with them for any reason, as long as they are in the same condition as when they were sent. (we take pictures of every product we ship before shipping them). Customer can choose either an exchange for the same product or a refund.

Buyer pays for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
