Omron Automation Discount: Our story

Omron Automation Discount is a subsidiary of Better Natural, a company in midwest USA, in Fairfield, Iowa, which purchased a used solar panel factory line to start manufacturing a new type of solar panel that's integrated in the roof substrate structure (and reduce the cost of solar energy by 50-75%), see www.betternatural.com

Our line had a lot of machines we didn't need for our specific production, which had an absolute treasure of Omron equipment that we could sell to those who had more use for it. We contacted other established used automation equipment dealers but the price they offered us was so ridiculously low, and the price they were selling it for so high, that we figured it's better to simply set up our own online store and sell directly to the customer (at half the price of our competitors), and still have enough margin to be profitable.

Since then our subsidiary started living a life on its own, and we have become known for giving a fair price for used equipment, and also asking a fair price.
